When Grade 2 student Dhruv Agnihotri was diagnosed with cancer and needed months of treatment away from home – and school – the students and teachers at Mountain Elementary were inspired to make a difference. On McHappy Day, they held a special lunch and assembly with Happy Meals for everyone by donation. Everyone pitched in, from coins from their piggy banks to donations from parents, and together this inspiring school raised $8,300 to help support families like Dhruv’s at RMH BC & Yukon!
The McElhanney Cares Charity Tournament brings together hockey and soccer teams from the Kelowna construction community for an action-packed weekend of sports and fundraising! All proceeds help keep families close at RMH BC & Yukon. The 2024 event surpassed its goal and raised an incredible $120,000 for kids and families.
