Vehicle Donation Program
Are you ready to get rid of your unwanted vehicle? We have a new way for you to make space in the driveway while making a big difference for families with seriously ill or injured children – donate it!
Not only will we tow your unwanted vehicle for free if it doesn’t run, but you will also receive a charitable tax receipt for the amount it sells for at auction. The House will receive the proceeds of the sale and you can feel great knowing you helped give sick children what they need most…their families.
Four Easy Steps to Donate Your Vehicle:
- Step 1:
Visit CarsHelp.org or call 1-855-409-9495.
You will be asked to provide your contact information and give some details on the vehicle, such as the year, make, model and approximate mileage.
- Step 2:
We can tow your vehicle free of cost if it doesn’t run, or if still drives and you would like to bring it to the nearest auction location that works too!
- Step 3:
The vehicle will be cleaned and presented at its best for auction, where buyers from around the world have the chance to preview and bid on the vehicle. Impact Auto Auctions will take care of all title and sales-related paper work for you!
- Step 4:
You will receive your tax receipt in the mail.
Ronald McDonald House BC depends on community support to provide a home away from home for seriously ill children and their families. By donating an item from our Wish List, you help us give a warm welcome to our families and help them regain a sense of normalcy during an incredibly stressful time.
Please note that we can only accept new items.
